About 2 weeks later we started talking on the phone again, and now we talk at least 3 times a week. He’s currently very happy with his girlfriend, and she likes me and trusts me (finally)that I’m not after him for a relationship. I think it’s completely possible to be friends with an ex. And you didn’t jump on that opportunity?!? :-p Fizzy's avatar Fizzy wrote on February 10 2010 @ 05:48 pm: [report] It depends on the situation, but I hate it when people try and say that it just can’t be done because that’s not true. My ex and I are best friends, and even though we’ve had to deal with some of the issues mentioned in the article we have dealt with them, and I can tell him anything, because we have that shared history there isn’t anything I’m afraid to hide. I can’t say that about any of my other friends. RoyalEagle0408's avatar RoyalEagle0408 wrote on February 10 2010 @ 05:59 pm: [report]
